It was a lovely hotel. Very traditionalof czech.
I thought the owner was a little snobby. It is advertised as a spa, but when we asked for a massage, she said "This is not possible, tomorrow afternoon". She knew we would be checking out in the morning. So, if you are looking for spa treatment, this hotel is not for you.

SPA as that is absent, the doctor comes under the invitation a masseur as comes under the invitation. The pool is absent. In the nearest hotels in pool don't start up.

Very charming and professional manager, parking spot included. A "simple to use" hotel when you have activities at irregular hours.

Front office staff (Olga) was very friendly and even went out her way to stay late to check us in as we arrived much later than we had expected. The facilities are ample and well thought out. It is a scenic 10-15 minutes walk into the town though a quick bus ride can also be used.

Better than expectation. Location is a little apart from the central, but sometimes, in special, it would be better to be silent at night.

Free internet in the room. Free parking.
Compare to Prague - poor, very poor. Do not go to Karlove Vary if you going to see Prague or you saw it already, not worth it. If you decide to go there do not stay there for a night - expensive accomodation for poor service, better stay one more day in Prague. We had 3* Ancora hotel in Prague in the same price of Spa Hotel Jordanand and the diffrenece is huge.

Very pleasant location, nice, green and quiet while still being pretty close to the centre of the city. Nice parks nearby. Very helpful stuff !!!
No spa service on weekends. No 24h service in the hotel. WC facilities are rather cheap and worn. Not enough space for car parking (although the stuff do their best to arrange the place for guests).

I arrived late (after the official check-in hours had ended), but the hotel manager Olga Romanova came back to the hotel to welcome me and give me the room key. She very graciously provided many helpful tips about staying in Karlovy Vary, and (since it was off-season) let me check out later than 11 A.M. The room was extremely comfortable and well appointed -- it was an excellent value for the money. The hotel is conveniently located near the number 2 bus line... The stop is just down the hill, and that bus gets you to the center of town (near the Colonnades) and the main bus station in just a few minutes.
Only upon arriving in Karlovy Vary did I realize how the train station is relatively remote from the rest of town, including the Spa Hotel Jadran. However, the cab ride was not very expensive. (A cab is a must from the train station if you have a lot of luggage, given the winding hilly roads.)

I needed a hotel with a safe place to park the car, where I would not have to empty it completely. We had simply stopped over for the night as part, midway on a long journey. We were very happy with our room for three, very clean and comfortable. The "continental breakfast" was much more generous than I had expected.
